Official Launch of Ömilk Oat Barista

Glad to be invited to the official launch of Ömilk. It’s held in conjunction with Restaurant Asia 2023 and International Coffee & Tea Asia 2023 and marked a new chapter for the plant-based industry.

Ömilk Oat Barista has the right amount of creaminess to produce a silky and dense microfoam, the ideal canvas for latte art and stencil work. As it is specially crafted with baristas in mind, not forgetting the discerning palates of coffee enthusiasts, oat milk connoisseurs, and those who enjoy a classic cup of plant-based goodness.

The richness and creaminess of this plant-based alternative make it ideal for coffees and lattes. The richer “barista” oat milk provides richness to coffee and is a great dairy alternative. It also froths up nicely, just like cow’s milk, and is formulated for steaming and making latte.

At Café Asia 2023, we are glad to witness the latte arts presented by four-time Singapore National Latte Art Champion, Jervis Tan in collaboration with Ömilk. Watched Jervis demonstrate that every brew had the potential to be a work of art, with Ömilk.

There is a rising number of people who are lactose intolerant or demand for plant-based alternatives by consumers in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. Thus, plant-based alternatives have become an important offering on the drinks’ menu of cafes and restaurants.

The natural fragrance of Ömilk enhances the taste profile of coffee and tea or drunk on its own without added sugar, colourings or flavourings. Ömilk is naturally cholesterol-free, and is halal-certified so it’s good news for those who are health conscious.
