Christmas celebration at The Coastal Settlement (TCS)

familIt’s Christmas time again and what can we get for each other?

G decided that treating me a feast at a nice and new place is the best present for greedy me 😛
And of course, he need to hunt for a ‘romantic’ dining place to match the festival. 🙂

The place looks ulu and quiet at early evening

Sis‘s favourite photography subjects – vintage bicycle

Their drinking menu

Food menu. Guess what did I ordered?

I would love to order the Big Otah Toast but I scare it’s an overprice toast with sub-standard otah again 🙁

Vintage time!

Do you have any idea what is this originally meant for? Yes, to make the ice flake for Ice-Kachang!

Oh My! Did you ever use this type of phone before? And yes, Telecome is the current Singtel now.

Selfies of us! <3

 Playground time!!

G ask me if the picture on the left is a standard Singapore drawing as he had one similar in his house when he was young =)

 Foodie time!

Porobello Fries @ SGD$15

The deep fried panko portobello mushroom is served with tuffle mayo sauce. Pretty like the taste of the juicy mushroom. It reminds me of Buckaroo BBQ & Grill batted fried mushroom but taste less oily. I would love to try it again when I visit the restaurant again 🙂

Garlic Prawn Thin Crust Pizzas @SGD$22

The thin crust pizza is topped with fresh prawn, tomato sauce, fresh chilli, mozzarella, cheddar. Taste YUMMY!~ Although G only meant to ‘try’ it out at first, he can’t help serving himself a second and then third piece~ I will definitely order the pizza again next time!

Thin and Crispy crust~ YUMMY~

Curry Chicken & Rice @ SGD$14

This slow cooked curry chicken is served with Jasmine rice. I find it too sweet and G mentioned it tasted like butter chicken in New Zealand… I thought the $5NZD sweet butter chicken we get from New Zealand night market taste better though 😛

Costal Signature drink – Coffee Break @ SGD$16

The drink is a mixture of fresh rock melon, Midori, Malibu, Banana Luqueur, Espresso, it taste a bit fruity and is quite unique… but haha, I doubt I will order it again. 😛
