#UniqueHawker: 面煎粿

Don’t ask me why a person on diet joined in this facebook challenge: #UniqueHawker.
It’s organised by Food Blogger Daniel Ang who “challenge” bloggers to hunt for some unique food in Singapore, and these food should be found in a lone stall in some hawker centre or coffee shop. *Stress*

Look what I found? A uniquely pancake in Pac Man shape!!

Ok, you guessed it! I bluff! This is just a teaser.
I am about to introduce you a not-so-unique food which ignorance CF didn’t get to eat from other places.

I guess a lot of us ate the chinese pancake 面煎粿, before, usually filling is with red bean, peanut or corn. So when I was having my lunch at the Hola Cafeteria near my workplace and notice an award winning pancake stall, I get curious.

A careful look at the menu and I finally get to know what’s so special about it! There are so much filling to choose for on top of the small little pancake!

Other than the normal peanut paste, coconut, corn, red bean fillings to choose from, there are also durian, floss + cheese, chocolate + cheese, tuna + egg, and so much many more fillings~

Just place the order and in less than 5 minutes you will see the fresh pancake be made in front of you

Hotdog + Egg + Spring Onion + Carrot @ $1.60
So nice even Danbo want to take a bite!

Tuna + Egg @ $2.30

Understand from the owner that Corn + peanut + egg, Cheese + egg + peanut, and Cheese + egg are also some popular choices among the customers. Guess I will attacked them soon~ 😛
