No Oven Milo Lava Cake
Ingredients:
- 60g Milo powder
- 15g hot water
- 1 egg
- 30g sugar
- 40g all purpose flour
- 30g melted butter
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Pour hot water to Milo, stir well.
- Add sugar, mix well.
- Add egg, mix well.
- Add butter, mix well.
- Sift in the flour, and add pinch of salt, mix till there is no lump.
- Pour the mixture into container (can put into 3 cupcake mold with around 95g of batter each).
- Cover with cling wrap and poke few holes, or wrap wok/pot cover with cloth so that the steam water will not get into the cake.
- Steam on medium high heat for around 9 – 15 minutes (depending on the type of container used).
- Sprinkle Icing sugar/Milo on top.
