Back to Bugis, then remembered my appointment is at late 8.40pm… Glad to be back to ‘singlehood’ today so I can go to (one of) my favourite eating place “Supreme Pork Chop Rice” (一品排骨饭) for my dinner.

Yes yes… This is not rice… This is my dinner! For some reason I love the fish fillet noodle. The famous pork chop rice(排骨饭) is selling at SGD $4.
The store has been around Singapore for more than 10 years, I was first introduced to the store and tried their “Three Cups Chicken” (三杯鸡), this is the first time I try this dish and it was YUMMY… since then I fall in love with the food there. Wonder will it give me a ‘loyalty discount’ for following it from Shaw Tower food court to Bras Basah food court to one side of Middle Road to the opposite side of Middle Road.
The taste seems to have changed a little bit, and the price up a bit from the last time I remember. Today my dinner is cooked by a young lad… Guess the chef realize he is aging and need to train someone to take over him.
Suddenly realized I am not young anymore. *sob sob*
