Happy Birthday To Me again~

Hello, aging!

I’m another year older!

To be frank, I was quite depressed this Birthday. There’s something I’m not sharing in public, but there are others I will not be ashamed to “shame” myself for.

In work life, I got a not-so-fantastic performance result (thanks to some bad planning and ‘power struggles’ of colleagues), which also means I got a not-so-fantastic increment. Of course, I am grateful to still have a job to rant about.

Personally, I had wanted to fix my gum, brows dark spot and weight, but I procrastinated too long and none of these are fix till date.

 

Wish vs Reality

Last birthday, I had wanted to….

  • Sleep earlier before 1.00am daily -> I’m always tired but still can’t sleep before 1.30am. 
  • Cook healthier lunch for work and (Kpo Kia’s school snack break), and speed up the cooking timing -> I managed to cook at least once a week on average for my own lunch. For Kpo Kia, I will occasionally perpare Air fried Salmon and boiled hot dog.
  • Continue on my daily skincare & selfcare -> I think I can do better. But I started putting on sunscreen whenever I remember, hopefully it will help to not worsen my dark spots.
  • Complete my dental bone graft operation -> I am still procastinating… probably will do after my year end trip?
  • Cut down my weight to be <= 60Kg -> Aging sux, my metabolism is so bad I still keep gaining despite trying to cut down on my diet. Not only I didn’t lost weight, but I even gain soon.
  • Pass the Azure Az-900 course -> I did it!
  • Started my first 3D project -> Haha, I totally give up on this! Thinking that it actually contributes to hurting the earth more along with online shopping. Yah, this will be removed from my next year resolution.

Never give up

人因梦想而伟大!

I probably will never give up making resolution and giving them up mid-way and revive it the following year again, LOL!

  • [Again … hoping for the 4th year] Sleep earlier before 1.00am daily
  • Complete my dental bone graft operation
  • Fix my ugly brow 🙂
  • Cut down my weight to be <= 60Kg
  • Exercise at least once a week
  • Cut down on my sweet coffee addiction
  • Pass the PL-300 course

Let’s see how much I can achieve next year~ 加油!
