And so I decided to take up the #100happyday challenge after hearing it from colleague – Angeline.

The 100 Happy Days Challenge

The owner of http://100happydays.com/ claim that the challenge help one to train to focus on the little things that lift own’s spirits every single day.

One can join this challenge by:

  1. Signing up to the challenge through the website
  2. Share picture of happy moments via facebook, twitter or instagram with a public hashtag #100happydays OR
Come up own hashtag to share pictures with to limit publicity OR
Simply send the pictures to myhappyday (at) 100happydays.com to avoid any publicity.

It was reported that 71% of people failed this challenge, as they ‘do not have the time’ to complete it, or rather, do not have the time to be happy.

This is not the first time I have joined any “List of 100” challenge, but in the past, it’s just listing in 100, there’s no commitment to it, at least not in the aspect of committing to find happy things in my life 100 days in a row. 🙂
Let’s see how I fare for this~

p/s: I have created a facebook album to log my 100 Happy Days on here~
